Pollen Season Chart
The way to avoid pollen allergies, of course, is to avoid pollens. But that's usually easier said than done, because pollen is everywhere during the fertilizing season of trees, grasses and weeds. Pollen spreads any time from early spring to late fall, depending on the type of plant life where you live.
Even during pollen season, counts can be higher or lower on a day-to-day basis. So it may help you prepare if you know what's in store for you each day by checking pollen counts in your area. Keep in mind the counts are always from the previous day.
Here are some general guidelines on when you can expect hay fever to be at its peak in your area:
