Monday White House Live Stream Townhall: The Affordable Care Act and the African American Community

White HouseOn Monday, February 25, 2013 the White House will hold a Townhall discussion, “Looking Ahead to 2014: How the Affordable Care Act Benefits the African American Community.” The event will begin at 9:00 am with opening remarks, followed by two panel discussions and one break out session. It will be livestreamed on www.whitehouse.gov/live and www.hhs.gov/live.
The Townhall will be an interactive, open dialogue between administration officials, the media, and stakeholders. They will discuss what African American communities need to know about getting covered, staying healthy, and the role each of us can play in ensuring that happens.
