Public voting opens to determine HHSinnovates People's Choice Award winner February 28, 2013 Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius today announced the start of public voting for the People’s Choice Award in the HHSinnovates Program.  The program recognizes inventive and original projects led by HHS employees, designed to help solve some of the nation’s most challenging health care problems.
