Join CDC en Español, Million Hearts, and the American Heart Association to discuss high blood pressure among Hispanic populations and learn about the resources available to help Hispanics take control of their Heart Health. Read more about how Cardiovascular Disease affects the US Hispanic population.
The CDC, on behalf of Million Hearts and with the help of the National Alliance for Hispanic Health, has developed educational resources to help Hispanics take control of their heart health. The National Alliance for Hispanic Health, a non-profit science-based organization, provided guidance on translation for cultural integrity during the development of the materials.
