On this map you will find where the EUROPLAN National Conferences take place and details about these events and the organisers (very often National Alliances of Rare Disease patient organisations). The final report of each EUROPLAN Conference is posted when available. The report describes the outcomes of the discussion during the conference, focused on the different pillars of forthcoming or existing National Plans for Rare Diseases.
