Spotlight on Screening Through the Life Course

Spotlight on Screening Through the Life Course

GenesInLife.org Highlights Screening Through the Life Course

Genetics and genomics bring together public health and clinical medicine in new and exciting ways. And yet many people are not aware of the important work currently being done to protect their health. Help us spread the word about our next Genes in Life campaign on screening through the life course. Please link to us on your website, and share this email with anyone who may be interested or have questions.

Through the end of March, GenesInLife.org will feature professionals with experience in different types of screening and genetic testing, and readers will be able to pose their questions using our Ask the Experts feature. Answers will be promptly provided via email and posted to our FAQ page. The Genes In Life blog will cover newborn, pediatric, and cascade screening in turn, walking readers through the role that genetic as well as other types of screening can play in their healthcare throughout their lives and the lives of their family members. Join us in this effort to connect individuals with resources on genetics, genetic services, and health!
