Abstracts Accepted through October 17
SAVIR Conference is March 11-13, 2015 in New Orleans
The Society for Advancement of Violence and Injury Research (SAVIR) invites abstract submissions related to injury prevention and control science and policy for next year’s conference. SAVIR also encourages the submission of Topic Symposia, which are special sessions designed to provide a discussion by experts related to a specific topic or theme.
The 2015 conference theme is Maximizing Injury Research to Benefit All, and the focus will be on how injury research can best promote positive behaviors and policies that have impact throughout the lifespan and across diverse populations.
Students and early career scientists are encouraged to participate. This is a great opportunity to share your work with nationally and internationally recognized leaders in injury research.
Top abstracts selected for presentation at the conference will be eligible for outstanding injury science awards.
The Fifth Biennial National Conference will be held at the Sheraton Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana from Wednesday, March 11 to Friday, March 13, 2015.
