$85.5 Million Available in Grant Opportunities

The purpose of this joint initiative between SAMHSA and the Bureau of Justice Assistance is to allow applicants to submit a comprehensive strategy for enhancing drug court services and substance abuse treatment. Applicants will compete for two grant awards for both criminal justice and substance abuse treatment funds with one application.
The purpose of this program is to support states and tribes (including Alaskan villages and urban Indian organizations) in developing and implementing statewide or tribal youth suicide prevention and early intervention strategies. The ultimate goal of this program is to reduce suicide deaths and nonfatal suicide attempts.
The purpose of this program is to prevent and reduce substance abuse and transmission of HIV/AIDS among at-risk populations, including traditionally underserved populations.
