Partnering with Patients and Family Members for Improved Outcomes

Thursday, May 21, 2015, 2:30pm – 4:00 pm Eastern Time

In partnership with CDC-funded collaboratives, the Division of Reproductive Health hosts regular Webinars that allow PQCs to share strategies related to their development as well as specific perinatal quality improvement initiatives.  These Webinars are available to participants in all states.
This Webcast will present a discussion of quality improvement initiatives addressing engagement of patients and families to enhance the collaboration to improve perinatal outcomes. This is part one in a three-part series on patient and family engagement. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in the discussion.
