OTHER RARE DISEASE NEWS

Our third webinar is scheduled for September 28th, 17:00 CET. In this webinar, we will examine the need for patient involvement in HTA and look at the HTA landscape in Europe. A patient organisation representative will present a case study on patient participation in HTA. We will also look at how the EUPATI toolkit can help informed patients engage in HTA.
HTA is a multidisciplinary process that examines the information about medical, cost-effectiveness, social, political, legal and ethical considerations of the application of a health technology – usually a medicine, medical device or clinical/surgical procedure. The main purpose of such an assessment is to inform access policy decision making, which has an impact on patients, physicians, payors and the broader health ecosystem.

This is a great opportunity to join the discussion, share your perspective and ask your questions in our Q&A session. The full agenda and dialing details will be sent to you the second week of August.
Our webinar is open to Network members only! Current Network members, please click here.
