Medical Breakthroughs: First to Know

Letter from Ivanhoe's President

Naked Yoga?!

Being naked in public is not high on my bucket list…in fact, it is not on there at all. But I do have to admit I have done it. Twenty years ago my husband and I went to Esalen in California and ended up naked in the hot springs with 200 strangers. We survived but have never done it again. Now, a friend sent me a link to an article about naked yoga and I can promise you this is not going to catch on at my house!
