ImmuneSpace: New Data Analysis Resource

Multiple datasets from human immune profiling studies are now publicly available on ImmuneSpace, a new NIAID-funded online resource where users can easily explore, analyze, and visualize data from the Human Immunology Project Consortium (HIPC).

The ImmuneSpace platform offers users state-of-the-art computational tools to explore studies, integrate and analyze data across assays, and perform custom analyses. Additional HIPC datasets will be added on a rolling basis.
