The registration fee includes: 
EURORDIS MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS:
• Access to all capacity-building workshops held on 26 May 2016
• Participation in the Patients Group Welcome Reception held on 26 May 2016
• Access to all sessions on 27 and 28 May 2016 including the Opening & Plenary Sessions
• Participation in the Networking event on 27 May 2016
• Access to all other networking sessions
• Access to daily poster sessions featuring up to 200 posters
• Access to the Exhibit Area featuring exhibiting companies
• Endless opportunities to network with colleagues from around the globe
• Complimentary wireless Internet access in public areas of the EICC
• Complimentary daily morning coffee breaks
• Complimentary daily afternoon coffee breaks

Pre-conference tutorials are separate ticketed events that require additional registration fees to attend (refer to table above for pricing). Pre-conference tutorials are designed for industry and academic participants but are not closed to other participants.
Registration Payments
During the online registration process, you will be given the opportunity to pay your registration fee by credit card. If you are paying by bank transfer or by cheque, you must fill in the registration form.
Registration Receipt, Badge and Programme
A registration receipt will be sent to you upon payment of your registration fees. All registrants are to pick-up all materials onsite at the EICC. Badges must be worn at all times while in the EICC.
Registration Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellation deadline: 15 April, 2016
All cancellations will be charged:
• Members, non-members, academics, HCP, payers, regulators, government workers, students, postgraduate trainees and policy makers: 25 € cancellation fee
• Pharma Industry, ERTC members, investors and consultants: 100 € cancellation fee
With a WRITTEN notification postmarked, faxed or e-mailed by 15 April 2016, you will be issued a full refund less the processing fee.
No refunds will be issued for requests received after the cancellation deadline of 15 April 2016.
