Our publications reflect the diversity of public health issues related to emergency response in all regions of the world. The work cited below addresses disease-specific outbreaks and emergencies, surveillance, and cross-cutting priorities related to strengthening public health systems in — and after — humanitarian crises like war, famine, civil strife, natural disaster, genocide, or displacement.
