It’s hard to ignore migraine pain. This throbbing headache can last for hours or even days. Migraines affect only one side of the head, and in addition to pain behind the eyes or ears, can cause nausea and vomiting, vision problems, and sensitivity to sounds and lights. A recent study tested how certain types of light affected migraine sufferers and concluded that green light reduced migraine intensity.
