Leg elevation in cesarean section

Maternal hypotension is common after spinal anesthesia for cesarean section. This randomized controlled trial revealed that leg elevation (LE) performed immediately after spinal block could reduce the incidence of hypotension by 40.9%, suggesting LE is a feasible management approach in low resource settings.
