Drug Information Updates Dasatinib for Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia (CML) in Children We’ve updated our drug information summary on dasatinib, which was recently approved by FDA to treat certain children with CML. It was previously approved for use in adults only. Brentuximab Vedotin for Lymphoma Brentuximab vedotin was recently approved by FDA to treat primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma and certain types of mycosis fungoides. Sunitinib Malate for Use in Renal Cell Carcinoma Sunitinib malate is now approved as an adjuvant therapy for patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC) who have a high risk of recurrent cancer.
